As a coordinator for a think tank which happens to operate online, I’ve conditioned my brain to come up with at least 2-original thoughts per day. Okay so, I’d like to give you one of those innovative ideas I had today. This one is a potential new business model, which is not completely feasible right now, but will be very shortly so if anyone wants to develop the prototype, they need to start right now. Now then, let me explain this idea, I’d like to throw out to the public and onto the Internet for all to consider.
Some background new battery tech which allows fast-charging, as in 3-5 minutes is becoming very common for smart-phones, and other electronic devices. Soon, all of these devices will have fast-charging abilities. Okay so, that means when people run out of juice they will be able to get a fast-charge simply by finding an AC outlet. But what if you are a busy consumer participating in the “Shop Until You Drop” motif? You are out and about shopping and you run out of juice.
You need a solid charge for your GPS, to surf for similar bargains, and price comparisons right? Now why you are SOL, well, not if you use this new invention – it’s a kiosk charging station which costs nothing to use, but while you are charging your device the station has a display and videos to watch – advertising and marketing. You watch the advertising for 3-5 minutes while you are charging your smart-phone. Each kiosk has all the popular plug types, so you just find the one which matches your phone and plug in. Business Phone System Features for Call Centers

Call centers are the number one choice for handling large volumes of customers, offering the big benefit of centralization. The point of centralization, however, is to make businesses more efficient for both employees and customers, so it’s important to have a phone system with features that keep efficiency in mind.
The below six features are vital for keeping a call center going in the right direction, and should be considered necessary and part of basic business phone system features.
#1: ACD – Automated Call Distribution
ACD allows a caller to be automatically routed to the next available agent as chosen through the call routing system (see #5). This, of course, cuts down on queue build up and inappropriate waiting times. ACD is directly tied in to call routing – so these features should be mutually inclusive.
#2: Call Recording and Monitoring
Call recording and monitoring is vital for internal quality control measures, and important for potential legal issues or emergency situations. Some recording and monitoring systems can allow the supervisor to take control of a call, or, on a lesser scale, allow the supervisor to coach a representative as needed during a call.
